Always check the goods when you receive them. If the goods were damaged in transport, this must be reported to the delivery location on the day the goods are received.
You always have 20 days right of return when you shop with us. You are allowed to change your mind. The cancelation period runs from the day you receive your items. Always keep the original packaging until you have decided to keep the product.
Returns inside Norway
We offer free returns on all orders in Norway if you use our return shipping label attached to the shipment.
Please use the attached return form. If missing contact our customer service at email@example.com and we will send it to you. Fill in the necessary information and please remember to fill in the order number and reason for return.

If you wish to make a return from outside Norway
Please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and our Customer Care Team will send you a return form and give you all the information needed.
Returns on international orders have a cost of 25 EUR /25 USD.
Once the return is received and approved for a refund, you will get notified via your registered e-mail address.
Please note that your return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Are your items damaged? Please take a picture and send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help you. You can either get the item repaired, exchanged or the money returned, depending on the specific situation. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item.
We will refund shipping costs that you may incur in connection with the return of the item, when the complaint is justified.
When you want to complain about a product, always contact us by e-mail to email@example.com before sending the item, and we will help you. If it concerns transport damage, the deadline mentioned above applies. The damage must be reported on the same day that the goods are received.
Parcels that, contrary to expectations, are not picked up and are therefore returned to us will be charged for the costs this entails.
